I recently had to reinstall Windows XP due to an adware removal program that destroyed my Windows installation (stay away from PestPatrol!). After reinstalling C3C, I noticed that upper row of worker command buttons (Build Road/Railroad To, Automate This City Only, etc.) will no longer appear...ever.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, any thoughts or suggestions how to fix it? Thanks.

Go to Preferemces (Ctrl-P) and make sure that "Show Advanced Unit Action Buttons" is turned on.
