I think I posted this in the wrong thread before, which is why I'm starting a new thread like i see most other ppl doing. If I didn't need to, then I apologize admins for the dbl post.


I'm trying to get C3C to run with no luck. When I run the program, the screen goes black like it's trying to play the introduction movies. Then I get an error that reads "Invalid Page Fault in module CIV3CONQUESTS.EXE" and the game quits.

I've been over the Atari Support page (waiting for an email back from them), and tried Windows Updates and driver updates as well as multiple reinstallation and that's about all I can think of. Civ 3 Vanilla still works fine, but C3C will not get past the initial black screen without crashing, as if the movies are crashing it.
