I am running Civ3 Gold v1.27f on Win XP Home/P4 2.8GHz. Game works fine but for some reason I don't get the option to build the Small Wonder Wall Street, even though I have well aver the required 5 stock exchanges. Can anyone help with this?

No, it's not a mod, just a standard single-player game with 5 AI civs.

You've already built it! :D

Its in New York. If you go to your domestic advisor and look at 'income', you will see that you have income listed as being 'from interest' -> that's the effect of Wall Street. :)

Thanks, I appreciate your help. I swear I don't remember choosing to build it, but I looked back through older saves and found that it was started about 15 turns ago. Maybe the governor picked it and I just didn't notice - I still feel pretty foolish now though.

Anyway, thanks again for your help. Next time I'll be sure to make sure it doesn't already exist!
