I hope nobody minds me doing this, but as there was not one and nominations close in less than 24 hours I thought it would be useful
Nominations close on 29 March 2004 at 00:00 GMT
NR = No Response
U = Undecided
A = Accepted
D = Declined
Please note: Octavian_X accepted at 01:48 board time (slightly slow GMT) in this post (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?postid=1710993#post1710993). I hope this assists the election office in determining eligibility.

With the way things are looking, the only actual election is going to be Defense.

Does the President choose??? Or does somebody have to do extra work??? Is it in The Three Books ??

It is in the three books. The President chooses. Specifically:
Code of Laws:
H. Vacant Positions
1. Leader positions that remain unfilled after an election
shall be filled via appointment by the President.
a. Any citizen may post a refusal poll within 24 hours
of the appointment.

Sorry to be a pain, but someone needs to alert Noldodan that he may only run for one of the governorship positions. :)

They were supposed to start yesterday. I was absent yesterday and therefore couldn't do it, and CG apparently didn't see it. I will post them in the next few minutes.
