Chieftess Mar 31, 2004, 08:59 PM I'd like to draw your attention to the Military Cities Plan (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=83387) thread. One of your cities, Sanction, is included in the Military Cities Plan, and needs to be brought up to speed. Anarchy will also be a worker factory, building onto Ville de Buison.
CivGeneral Apr 02, 2004, 02:58 PM Open possitions are still advalible. I am mostly looking for a Deputy Govenor at the moment. Please apply within.
calinator Apr 02, 2004, 10:30 PM I would like the deputy governor position. I nominate myself.

Well, youre duties while I am away will be to look at the save, look at the discussion posts (CT's War plans are the main focus at this point), and then post what you feel should be done :).
calinator Apr 04, 2004, 03:29 AM EDIT: deleted message
CivGeneral Apr 10, 2004, 11:17 AM I am back from my 5 day break. I wish to thank Calinator for filling in for me while I was away :).
Chieftess Apr 10, 2004, 11:23 AM From the Desk of the Department of Infrastructure and Department of Defense --
Attention Governors!! - Please comment on the suggested builds in this thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=84583). If you like them, you may use them in your build queues. They're an attempt to design the queues around max production, and our future wars with Babylon and Russia.
calinator Apr 10, 2004, 04:34 PM No problem CG, nice to have you back.
calinator Apr 12, 2004, 06:51 PM Since there isn't really any information in here, I thought I'd update this thread.

Producing/Queue: Knight (4 Turns)
INFRASTRUCTURE
Sanction and Anarchyisgodville are developed enough for now, but Ville de Boisson needs alot of work. It should be a high priority since it has large productivity potential. The biggest Issue concerning Infrastructure in Ville de Boisson is whether or not we should keep the forests, which is explained more below.
ISSUES
1.) Should Anarchyisgodville continue to be a worker factory, or should we begin developing it?
2.) Should we clear all forests in Ville de Boisson and mine in their place or should we plant more forests in the remaining grassland and irrigate the rest of the tiles?
3.) Should we build a Bank in Sanction?
I encourage all citizens to give feedback on these issues so that together we can make Endor a better province.
Note: There are still 3 mayor positions open. If you would like one of these positions, post here or PM CivGeneral. We also need a flag for Endor. PM CivGeneral for more details.
Chieftess Apr 12, 2004, 07:31 PM Ville du Buisson can use the 3 floodplain tiles to support forests in all other tiles. Anarchy is to be a worker factory for Ville du Buisson, and then a worker factory for the industrial era, which is coming in about 2 turnchats.
calinator Apr 12, 2004, 07:49 PM We COULD use all three floodplains, but one of them is being used by Grand Bricolage. If they gave up that one, then they could build a Temple and use the fish resource as a food supply instead. And if Anarchyisgodville is to continue being a worker factory, then I suggest that one of it's grassland tiles are irrigated.
Bootstoots Apr 12, 2004, 07:57 PM Just a note, Endor will likely expand when we take out Russia next turnchat.
calinator Apr 12, 2004, 07:59 PM I was just going to ask about that. So do we have land claims on Sverdlovsk and Yakutsk? New Berlin is ours too when the time comes, right?
Chieftess Apr 12, 2004, 08:23 PM Who knows, Babylon just might join our fold starting next turnchat too. (Although, I might ask to end the chat after the war, or when resistence subsides to make preperations).
Bootstoots Apr 15, 2004, 09:23 PM Notice: The former Russian cities of Anwerp, The Burrow, Pandemonium, New Edessa; Anwerp, Belgium; and The White City have all been added to Endor province! (some of these city names are subject to change)
calinator Apr 16, 2004, 12:39 AM Sweet, now Endor might actually have some use. I assume we have control of these provinces at the beginning of the next turnchat?
Chieftess Apr 16, 2004, 02:35 AM You have control of these cities, NOW!

Keep your cool Chieftess, I cannot access the forums when I am sleeping :p.
Chieftess Apr 16, 2004, 09:06 PM I was talking to calinator, and it wasn't yelling. It's called, "adding excitement to the game". ;)

Well I was not sure since you did kind of harped on Bootstoots on his MM so I was not sure how to react :p.
Also, I am the new CivGeneral. I guess some people cant tell if I am making a joke dispite having a ( :p ) or a ( ;) ) smilie in my post :p.
tao Apr 20, 2004, 12:40 PM Governor, please see this thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=85577) for arguments why we should strengthen our infrastructure, especially research and commerce. The war with Babylon is over. We cannot attack India for 9 turns because we have a ROP, our railroad network is under construction and we most likely will not go to war in the immediate future.
Please look at all your cities on whether to build libraries and/or markets now. Remember: we have lots of luxuries and thus temples are rarely needed. Markets bring more happiness plus money. Libraries bring more culture plus research strength.
Than you for your kind consideration of these point, while you devise your next turnchat instructions.
Your fellow governor
tao
tao Apr 26, 2004, 11:53 PM Could you please consider switching Villa Park to harbor, because we need a place to upgrade our galleys to transports for the future Zulus Campaign. Thank you.
calinator Apr 26, 2004, 11:58 PM What has CG been up to? He didn't even post instructions for the last TC.

Here is the truth, I thought the Turn Chat was going to happen on the next day. I was confused about the days since it was on GMT.
This time I will post my instructions.
tao Apr 28, 2004, 04:13 AM Governor, this is what you posted as instructions:
Anarchyisgodsville: Temple (9), University (40)
Ville de Buisson: Infantry (1), Bank (10), Cathedral (10)
Sanction: Infantry (1), Bank (6), Cathedral (6)
Villa Park: Riflemen (78)
Anwerp: Library (27)
Steal This City: Temple (53)
Pandemonium: Infantry (5), Library (27)
The Burrow: Infantry (9), Library (9)
GainyVille: Infantry (2), Library (8)
Grindelwald: Temple (8), Courthouse (27)
Fallsong of Sentienne: Infantry (18)
New Edessa: Infantry (12)
IMO you ignore the fact that we will own our whole continent next turn, thus need no garrison in the cities and thus do not urgently need more infantry.
You ignore the fact that military units shoud only be build in cities with barracks.
You ignore a fact I already told you: The Burrow has double commerce because of The Colossus (but no barracks). Thus it should build library NOW, not regular infantry.
You ignore the fact, that we should build factories in high production cities. With Hoover in 10 turns, factories double the production in the cities. Sanction!
You ignore the fact, that wltkd significantly reduces corruption.
I suggest you improve your gameplay. This will also lead to you being elected in responsible positions in the demogame.
