i really need an assistant. i need some1 that can take my Bmp. or Pcx. file and add the palette files to them. cause my PSP dont work anymore and i'm in the middle of a unit. and i wanna make more but i need a new PSP. or can some1 give me a lead to a Program i can use thats free and i can download?
