If you've read my other civ story: The Victorious Armies of Europe. You know my civ games tend to be close nail biting battles that end in a large world being shattered and so heres another one.

Again this is on a world map (i luv world domination! mwaha ha ha ha) all 31 civs were in play and i was the underdog in this Demigod game; the Zulu.

CHAPTER 1- blood creeps in from the south
On the tip of Africa a nation of repressed and forgotten people brooded. Zululand had a rough history in 2890 B.C a mass barbarian invasion had cripled the thriving cities for good. Again steel was stained red when Egypt attacked in 245 A.D. They came from the north in great numbers, wave after wave of advanced egyptian chariots took two cities and threatened my home city of Zimbawe. I sent our brave impi to stem the tide but the ruthless invaders swept them aside. Eventually i was forced to beg to the egyptians for peace and in 365 i got it.
By 1278 A.D I had recovered slightly from the Nile War as it was come to be called in my homeland. The military had evolved into medeival infantry as science had thrived in the once backward country of Zululand! Word soon came from the north that a great war had opened. Eight great nations had soaked their spears in blood. A fellow african nation; Carthage, had attacked egypt. And assisted by mighty Rome and the state of Germany had driven Egypt from north africa. Parades and celebrations rocked Zimbawe as the people rejoiced at seeing the hated enemie driven forth. It was in this hour that Shaka spoke to his people.
"Hail mighty Southland, It is time, Our enemie is pressed, Join the states of Rome and Germany in WAR! throw away your rakes and take up the spear!" And so in 1325 the legions of Zululand struck into the soft belly of fertile Egypt.
The first battles were desasteres as our troops were horribly defeated. But as a second wave of Carthaginian and Roman troops eradicated Alexandria, troops were withdrawn from the south and victory was mine! My new empire stretched from the cape of good hope to northern Ethiopia. The great river, mother nile brought much needed food to my people and Zululand quickly dominated Africa as the main continental super power.

And so the stage was set for an even greater strugle that would rock the foundations of the world....

* the 2nd installment of my extremely hard game will come later (im to tired to ype anymore right now)

Well im relaxed and revived to finish the rest of my chronicle. BTW i just finished the game so wathc it unfold!

CHAPTER 2- Cloud break and thunder crack
The Caravans came into Ulundi early in the morning. Small children crouded around it as a Roman from Italy led the camels in. The village elder asked for news from Europe and the rest of the world. The Italian gave her a solemn look and spoke the fateful words. "I am not a caravan, woman, i am a refugee" The elder looked to the north and saw a stream of Roman citizens streaming into the city. "There is no escaping them" the Roman said "Flee!"
Thus in in 1655 A.D Germany, Romes once greatest ally swarmed into Italy, taking Rome, Pompeii, Vei, Antium and several other cities and eastern saltpeter colonies. The island kingdom of britain scrambled to help her ally but in doing so activated the MPP Germany had with the Gaels (Celts, was edited). A massive sea invasion thundered into England as Irish troops stormed Dover.
This cannot stand I spoke to my people "let battle be joined". A steady stream of inadequet knights, med inf. and conscript pike men marched from Ethiopia to Alexandria, which was easily taken from the German militia of 1 pikeman. The coastal city was crucial gateway to sicily. A few caravels later i was halfway up the italian boot and slicing into southern germany. I gathered my army and led them into france. Then suddenly Carthiginan warriors took over half of my cities in one turn! totally unprevoked!. Knights from greece took italy from me in a surprise attack. And thus my brave warriors where stranded somewhere in france and the african continent was engulfed in a bloody war. And now i was learning that Mongolia had entered the fray and a massive army of the dreaded Keshik riders were sweeping through the Russian steppes and into Europe. When the mongol hordes declared war on arabia i knew they were heading my way. As in the title Hope had receided.
