Remember the leaderheads in Civ 1? They had the leader then his 'advisors' behind him that changed with the psuedo-eras they used (and gov IIRC). Perhaps a similar thing for Civ 3 leaderheads? They might not change with gov... but with the era they'd change. They'd also be unique (or moslty so) to culture group to culture group if not civ to civ?

Absolutely. But how can you do that? In civ1 it was in full screen

Perhaps have them even further in the background?? Or just set it to the window size?

BTW... I have no Graphic ability, so I'd need volunteers... I just thought I'd share my idea. :-)
