An assistant tells me the last ICBM has been completed in the small town of Manchester. I visited there once. It was tiny compared to the burgeoning metropolis of London, my home. The war with the hated Zulu/Iroquois/Mongol alliance is not going well for us, the English/Korean/French alliance. I have 100 ICBM's at my fingertips. Which city will be the first to fall under my mighty wrath? Salamanca maybe? The Zulu capital, the Mongol capital? The Iroquois are the most powerful of the three, maybe them.

"Commander Carville," I say over the phone to my Military HQ. "Launch 1 ICBM at Salamanca." Salamanca is a slum. I hate the Iroqouis. They will pay. I watch on my interactive map of the planet as the missile heads towards Salamanca. It hits! 200,000 dead! The Iroquois will fall! Magnificent. Alas, what is that sound. I look out of the window and see an Iroqouis ICBM hit my palace garden.:nuke:
