Here are 2 Advisor Heads that I have made. One is Ysanne Isard as the Domestic Advisor and Mara Jade as the Military Advisor. I will create more Expanded Universe Leader heads like Karrde and other characters that would fit best into there respected trade when the time comes :).

Mara Jade is hot. Do Leia or Padme next.

While they (or at least Liea) make servel signifficant apperances in the Expanded Universe, Liea and Padme are not extended universe characters.

Also, Grand Admrial Thrawn would make a fine Miliraty Advisor.

Fun Thrawn Fact: Thrawn was a Vice Admrial at the time of the Battle of Hoth. He lead the Empire to victory in the small space battle against rebel gun platforms above the frozen world. (From the Old PC game Tie Fighter).
