Will civ4 be late 2004 out or early2005?
What time do you think will be civ4 out?

I'm betting Fall, 2005. A couple months before the Christmas season. They'd be nuts not to take advantage of the "shopping season." Better later than earlier. Civ3 was patched numerous times which.... really creates other issues.
