At the bottom of the Post Reply screen you will find the Attach file area. Just browse for your file and it will be entered into your post like this:

You do relaize there is an option in the option menue to 'Show food, trade, and resources on tiles?'

@Goldflash: He does most probably. His purpose was to change the little white rocks which represent "bonus grassland" with the food/shield icons.

@MHS: Only the fourth row of tiles are used by the game. The game doesn't use the other rows, which I find peculiar and pretty sad. (Tested couple of times).

When I've tested in the past, this is what I found.

The way they are used is: first two rows are grassland (grassland and bonus grassland), third row is plains, 4th row desert, 5th row tundra and 6th row is floodplains.

They are only valid for unworked/unimproved tiles. Good for planning on which tiles to work first.

If you turn on the "Show Food and Shields on Map" option, all of them are used as Pounder described. I hate the feature, I think it clutters the map, but to each his own.
