No, since I have no time to play Civ. I can kinda see why people would want it, maybe we could make it only available in the Civ portions, I do not really see how it could be properly used outside of the Civ sections.

Once Summer comes, I will be able to have time to play Civ, and shall revisit the Civ sections.

It is a bit big, it does need to be cut down.

No, I agree that the intent is funny, but it is too big to be a simly, and does not serve an adequate purpose. Smilies are orignally intended to display an emotion, which that does not . . .

It could have a metaphorical value. When a poster just with a few words (a spear) breaks down someone else's long post of arguments (heavy artillery). I know people have done that to me...

The fact that this won't be useful in non-Civ sections of the forum is invalid IMO. This is, after all, a Civ-fansite.

It does have some use but there is an infinate amount of smilies that could be added, the problem is deciding which should be added as realistically only a finite number can be on the site. That smilie is still too big to qualify :p

Whats worse is that they all compete in the same multiplayer democracy game... I think we've just been lucky so far that someone hasn't accidentallly declared war on the wrong forum, infact its probably already happened ;)
