I would like to add a new government, and have a new icon/graphic show up in the choices of governments and on the civilopedia info page too. How do you do that?

I notice that the Non-tech governments have a line in the pediaicons file, but none of the others. The references in the civilopedia file don't seem to do anything. What am I doing wrong?

If the government you're adding has its own tech, then you merely need to list the Civilopedia icons in the tech section of PediaIcons.

If your government is imbedded in another tech, list it with the other non-tech governments.

I think that's how it works.
