needs update

can anyone suggest a good program that allows unit and city placement.I have civilization 3 complete and in the editor units and citys cant be put on the map.

Make sure you use Civ3QEdit andthat you set an active player (space)

here is a little trick i recently found 'clean' your map in the editor or pres control alt and shift

I noticed some mods have city improvements give +25% production, but teh basic game editor ponly allows +50% bonuses. Which programs allow city improvement bonuses to be edited at teh 25% level?

What you mean! Every program have some trics- if you don't need this trics, you don't need the program!

Wait... so these programs don't work for Civ 3 Complete? :confused: I would think they would...

In my civ3 editor, the scenarios properties page (and a couple of others) is too large for the screen. I can drag it down and side to side, but not up to be able to click apply, cancel, etc.

I've tried alt+space and it won't let me drag it up. My resolution is all the up. I can't use my editor until I get this fixed. PLEASE HELP ME !!

I'm using vista home premium.

anyone ever run into this before? The rest of the program is fine.
