1)Do changes to units, improvements, resources, etc take effect in saved games or do they only take effect when you start a new game?

2)To enable an improvement to reduce corruption I just click in the box next to "Reduces Corruption", correct?

3)When determing the frequency that a resources apears higher numbers increase the frequency and lower number decrease frequency, correct?

4)To edit the game rules I open the CivIIImod.bic file and go to "Edit Rules", correct?
