I guess this would go in the humor forum. It feels out-of-place in Off-Topic with all those politics threads, and definately doesn't go in the computer forum.

Anyway, after about a month of working, I have finally finished my newest Flash movie. Do not expect a significant plot, do not expect this to be laugh out loud funny, and do not expect to absolutely love the movie and watch it over and over. This is not meant to be one of those movies. It's just a short, two minute movie full of in-jokes and cameos that I thought would be fun to do. Pretty much every random thing you see there has some sort of reference to me in either real-life or something else.

All I really want is for this not to be hated. But even so, I still want feedback, so anything short of personal attacks I will take as constructive criticism.

Subliminal messaging!
For some reason (maybe because I'm Asian) I feel great pride in Far East Asia (Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Mainland China, etc.) and like my vacations there much more than Europe. But often, I feel like the world feels the opposite... maybe subliminal messaging can change world opinion! :p

The "Vote for Kerry" sign can also be viewed as something besides my own beliefs. I'm from the SF Bay Area in California, as the first sign says, and the school is actually mine. Here pretty much everyone is Liberal, other than a few who mostly seem to keep quiet. So it's only natural for there to be numerous Liberal type sign things around here. Actually, not so much "vote for Kerry" as "Bush sucks." Also, I have a feeling that Kerry will lose, so yeah.

Flash is an animation software. It's kind of hard to go much further than that. Most internet games seen on Yahoo! or other places are done in Flash. Many websites are done in Flash. And some people, like me, use it for making movies. I already posted a deeper explanation here (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=88163).

Some of the cameos are more than just random. For example, Room 101 is a direct 1984 reference, and sometimes I feel like school IS my Room 101. Which is why the school bell is called "The Liberty Bell." That and the fact that I didn't know how to draw a regular school bell. :p
