To be honest, I wasn't sure where to put this thread, but I decided to put it here, since most webcomics are funny or humourous.

I was wondering how many people here read webcomics (on a regular or irregular basis), which ones, and why.... Here's my list:



Chasing The Sunset (http://www.fantasycomic.com/index.php) Regular Basis. I really like the plot and the artwork of this one. It is a fantasy webcomic, based on the adventures of an elf. I also enjoy speaking to the artists/writers. It is not an overly-popular webcomic, it is still very well written and illustrated IMO. I encourage everyone to check it out

RealLife (www.realllifecomics.com) Regular Basis. Who doesn't read this one? Put up your hand, I'll shoot it! :D. This is a really popular webcomic, ts updated daily, and though it often fails to make me laugh, I still check it out every weekday to read the comic, even if it sin't funny, it is always enjoyable.

MegaTokyo (http://www.megatokyo.com) Regular Basis. OK... come on... Its MegaTokyo for Christ's sake. This is likely the most popular webcomic still active. Though I'm not into the art too much, I enjoy the storyline immensley. I got entirely addicted to it one weekend and read 3 years of archives in 48 hours.

Ahhhhh yes! Here are the comics I read regularly. I've posted most of these before. :crazyeye: Oh well, here they are.

The Norm (http://www.thenorm.com/) - While not a true webcomic (it's a syndicated strip), it is often funny and insightful. I met the cartoonist. :D

PVP (http://www.pvponline.com/) - A four-panel-style strip about a gaming magazine's hijinks and a blue troll. Pretty funny.

Penny Arcade (http://www.penny-arcade.com/) - The gaming comic by which all others are compared to.

Real Life, Megatokyo....

Mac Hall (http://www.machall.com/) - AWESOME coloring and very funny.

The Morning Improv (http://www.scottmccloud.com/comics/mi/mi.html) - New panel added every day to a comic picked by readers' suggestions.

El Goonish Shive (http://www.elgoonishshive.com/) - One of the weirder ones out there. Guy meets girl by transforming into her...come to think of it, everyone transforms into the opposite gender. :crazyeye:

Elf Only Inn (http://elfonlyinn.keenspace.com/) - This is what CFC would be if it were a webcomic, minus OT.

9th Elsewhere (http://www.9thelsewhere.com/) - Cute comic.

E-merl.com (http://www.e-merl.com/index.htm) - Experimental comics at their finest. Check out "The Mr. Nile Experiment" first.

Dr. Devious Vs. Lincoln High (http://www.drdevious.com/) This is one is all right. Harmless, but all right. Greg Dean's friend writes this one.

Nodwick (http://archive.gamespy.com/comics/nodwick/index.htm) - D&D the comic. Heh.

Fuzzy Knights (http://www.kenzerco.com/periodicals/fuzzyknights/fkonline_current.php?PHPSESSID=0d9fa4d9b4eacdd7e60 57ef6987f0537) - Another RPG comic. The cool bit with this one is that it's all photographs of stuffed animals. The guy has a lot of time on his hands.

Van Von Hunter (http://www.vanvonhunter.com/) - READ. NOW.

Adam's Road Gang (http://adamsroadgang.keenspace.com/) - The title has nothing to do with the comic. Still funny, though.

The Web is the best place for comics, IMO. If you can't find one for you yet, keep looking. There's always one that will appeal.
