It's called "alt-f4" :)
Actually, I was quite easily able to get rid of it on my Mac. It moves around a bit, but not fast enough to evade my mouse! :)

alt-f4 didn't work on my pc, the little window wouldn't close, you had to press 'OK'.
ctrl-alt-del didn't do it either, you couldn't close the little buggers from there.

when using XP, i found that it installs two SYSTEM files, if you close those, the boxes dissappear :)

I think end task did it.(under task manager)
