Group D. Though group C comes close. Certainly not A or B.

I picked D. Nasty group that. One of the three (Netherlands, Czech Republic and Germany) will have to go out. Latvia are practically a nonity.

I think D is still the worst... A just looks bad because of Greece doing far better than expected in gaining results.

Overall I've been rather disappointed by the general standard of play in most games. Maybe things will pick up later.

A - Greece have been underestimated. Portugal poor. Spain too likely to concede.
B - The big game in the group happened first rather than later.
C - Bulgaria are out of it. Any two from three.
D - Holland were so disappointing. Makes it more interesting. 2 from 3.

I'd say D is going to be closest and a 'good' team will go out.

Russia are outclassed. It must hurt to be a Russian supporter following today's farcical ref. decisions :(

Portugal were a favourite.
Greece topped their qualifying group (which included Spain), beat Portugal, and held Spain to a draw...

Isn't that enough for Greece to qualify as the Dark Horse? :)

Yep D has certainly regained its status if it had lost it before...

I consider C being the group of death because it's IMHO the group with the best quality in it.

It's true Bulgaria is outclassed, but Gosh ! What a waste is it to lose one between Denmark, Sweden and Italy.

On the other side, Group D is interesting but all the teams have proven they had failures already. Defence for the Czech, Attack for the Germans, and Coach for the Dutch. :crazyeye:

And finally, the Group B is the most open since no teams are qualified yet and they can all qualify... However, it's the worst in term of quality. Croatia, France and Switzerland doesn't deserve to be here.

If it was only me, I would let only England in quarters for group B and I would take Sweden, Denmark and Italy in quarters for group C.

Yeah, Spain can rightfully claim 3rd place :cool:! Group D comes in as a good second, and groups B and C had better stayed at home :p.
