I really want to replace Americans on CIV. III, I don't know how to install new civs though, how is this done? I do know how to install wonders, buildings, ect, but not civs.

The main issue with switching CIV's is the Leaderhead and all that is related to that. For that go here, http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=87378

Next, in the game editor in the CIV tab (Conquests) rename the cities and name of the leader and titles etc. Also access the text files and change the dialog to reflect your new civ.
