I'm actually creating a "Fertile Crescent" scenario (4000 BC-550BC, my next scenario will be "Rise of Persia") which is a revisiting of the original "Mesopotamia" more historically accurate and with more civs: Assyrians, Minoans and Trojans (and Canaaneans: Ebla, Mari, Ugarit, Byblos etc. instead of Phoenicians).
In order to make it very historically accurate, I can insert only 5 wonders: Pyramides, Hanging Gardens, Oracle, the Great Ziggurat and Babylon's Ishtar Walls. So, I can't use the wonder victory condition. To simulate the historical role of queens and women like Helena of Troy, Arianna of Crete, Nefertari of Egypt, Semiramis of Assyria I'd like to make it a "capture the princess" scenario, giving 1000 Victory Points for each princess captured.
However, if I put one princess per civ in the editor they don't work well. It happens that all my units are able to capture MY OWN princess: if they move to a square near the capital and then back to the capital, I can easily get 1000 VP. So, the AI of the other civs do it and the scenario doesn't work.
The same happens if I enable, in the scenario editor, the option "Place automatically the flag unit". Instead, if I disable the option "Lat all the units to capture the flag" I am not any more able to capture with my warriors the flag units of the other civs.
How can I do?! What do you suggest me? Is that a bug of the editor?!
Humm... another thing: I wold like to publicate my scenarios here in CFC but I use the Italian version so I create them in Italian. I need someone who helps me in translation and gives me the needed files to make them in English. My actual project is creating a group of scenarios with a total historical coverage. Some of them would be a revisiting of the original Conquest (like "Fertile Crescent"); some others would be completely created by myself (like "Rise of Persia"). What do you think about? Is there someone Italian-and-English-speaking who wants to help me?
Sorry for my poor English.
