The Hunt for the Red October

The Russian Typhoon-class submarine, Red October is outfitted with very quiet engines and around 24 ICBM MIRV Nukes. It, its captain, and its officers are defecting to the good ol' US of A. Captain Marko Ramius is en-route to Norfolk Naval base from the Baltic sea, but American, Russian, and British forces are clamoring to kill or capture him and his sub, as he braves the vast Atlantic.

Victory Condition: Culture

Reasoning: I give the Red October 'Hurry Improvement', so when you get to your objective, you hurry this super-culturizing wonder and win.

Anyways, for this scenario, I'll need a big typhoon, preferably with BIG and VISIBLE screws (Propellers), to distinguish the October from the normal typhoons.

I'll also need Trafalgar-Class british subs, Oscar-class Russian subs, Los-Angeles Class American subs, Alfa and Akula class Russian Subs, and a Torpedo. Then I need info on civ3 vanilla editor, like how to place units/cities.

Sounds great
Would there be a way to do it with Victory Points instead? Also, what if you don't make it?

Any Jack Ryan units?

If you need any help, let me know. I'm not a great graphics artist or anything, but I can do odd jobs :)

If you dont make it, your screwed :P. And I dont think I can have Jack Ryan or the Dallas, due to limitations of Civ3 Vanilla. When I get Conquests or PTW, maybe. I cant really start until I get one of the expansions, because then it will be SO much easier to make. Anyways, its going to be set up so that you'll basically have to run the gauntlet through a warzone, trying to outsmart the Russian AI. I'll make russia have a strong navy, while britain and the US have weak navies so that it's harder.

Unfortunately, I had to edit the story ALOT to fit within civ3 limits.
