The Hunt for the Red October
The Russian Typhoon-class submarine, Red October is outfitted with very quiet engines and around 24 ICBM MIRV Nukes. It, its captain, and its officers are defecting to the good ol' US of A. Captain Marko Ramius is en-route to Norfolk Naval base from the Baltic sea, but American, Russian, and British forces are clamoring to kill or capture him and his sub, as he braves the vast Atlantic.
Victory Condition: Culture
Reasoning: I give the Red October 'Hurry Improvement', so when you get to your objective, you hurry this super-culturizing wonder and win.
Anyways, for this scenario, I'll need a big typhoon, preferably with BIG and VISIBLE screws (Propellers), to distinguish the October from the normal typhoons.
I'll also need Trafalgar-Class british subs, Oscar-class Russian subs, Los-Angeles Class American subs, Alfa and Akula class Russian Subs, and a Torpedo. Then I need info on civ3 vanilla editor, like how to place units/cities.
