Can anyone design a Casino City Improvment to bring in more luxuries or wealth? Plus be used as a tourist attraction?

Its tempting with all those funky futuristic units being made by muffins and others but the Vietnam mod is a BIG project and I am in labor so lovely... I mean its a labor of love.

good idea w/ the casino. maybe a Las Vegas wonder with a cool splash? has one even been made?

It was one of my first buildings... Should probably remake them.

Hover crafts??? Obsolete rubbish! I got the mod set up so the commies land in Saigon with those new Star Trek battlecruisers someone made recently. It just takes awhile to research the techs to build them.
