Hello im new here...

1.How can i change the 75Hz into 85Hz or higher in Civ3???

2.If i open in CivEdit a downloaded Scenario , he says :"FEHLER!!ungültige Civ3Szenariodatei" on english->"Failure!! invalid Civ3Scenariodata!" I got the german version and i downloaded an english scenario..
I got V1.21FF German...no addons
How can i fix that??

You should be able to add 'Refresh=xx" where xx is the hz you wish the refresh rate to be. It will be in your C:\Infogrames Interactive\Civilization III\Conquests\ directory, with a file name of 'conquests.ini.'

not sure about the other question. Maybe see if they have a german version of the scenario, or translate it...
