I got Google toolbar with a popup blocker. It has blocked on this computer 2,412 popups.

I count 18, but that as started only two years ago; I had it for much longer on my mom's old computer. Now that I use Opera and Firefox to browse, I have no popup counts. Firesomething is a Firefox browser extension that allows you to change the name of the browser. You pick two parts - prefix and suffixes, and it randomly makes a name from a list of names. This Firesomething extension is really cool. :) Mozilla Powertiger for me. :) Firesomething rocks... on my sister's user account, I combined firesomething set to always display Microsoft Internet Explorer, with an IE theme, and then replaced all the IE links with links pointing to Firefox. She hasn't noticed yet. |
