Distinct from my Basic leader pack, which replaces the default Civ3 leaders in a style consistent with this one, my Bonus pack gives you the necessary files to add 7 new leaders to the game.
The images are still--no animation (not worth the time, IMHO--I'd rather have a lot of still leaders to choose from rather than a few animations (though I have to say kudos to the inventors of the Dubya & Osama animated leader heads!))
In order of probable interest:
(1) Phillip II of Spain-- there's a Spanish mod out there, but unless you like Phillip II to look like Hiawatha, that means you need this pack.
(2) Atahualpa-- Tisk, tisk. No South America in all of Civ3. Here's leader images for the Incas. Who will your Incas replace, and what UU will they have?
(3) Gustavus Adolphus-- there's a Swedish mod out there. Complete it with the Gustavus Adolphus leader images.
(4) Napoleon-- Okay, okay, Joan won the silly pre-release poll on the hottest Civ3 leader. But can she kick as much butt as Napoleon? If you install him, be sure to make the French more aggressive and change their preferred government in CivEdit.
(5) Ashoka-- Well, we all accept the fact that the Indians are supposed to be a nice peaceful Civ. But a modest proposal-- perhaps their leader should be someone who actually governed? Ashoka was one of the great leaders of antiquity, and the lion pillar image in my mod is pretty sweet if I do say so myself.
(6) FDR-- Lincoln? Outdated. And what other leader is in the game because he won a civil war? (Okay, Joan of Arc, and arguably Gandhi, but you're missing the point and there's a reason I got rid of them too.) Who won the biggest war of all time? Nuff said.
(7) Henry V-- Had enough of the haughty Elizabeth? How about the king of England who nearly united England and France under one crown.

I can now create a new leader in this streamlined style in about 5 minutes. It takes me a lot longer to find images I like for all the cool leaders we could have. If you want me to do the dirty work with Paint Shop Pro & Animation Shop, email me a cool image for a new leader, and hopefully I'll get a chance to make the leader files.
