Just as I did in DG2, I hereby declare that the old constitution for DG4 is thrown out the window in favor of the new one, shown here:

A. The Dictator has all legislative, executive, and judicial powers in Fanatica.
B. Bootstoots shall be the dictator.
C. This only applies for the DG4 Fanatica.
