Hmm, that seems to not be in agreement with itself. I for one am for not being presumptuous with our province boundaries, especially since I don't plan on them expanding much. I'm glad to see that we aren't making sure they are divided up according to tiles or cities, so they can be done geographically, though.

that was a typo, I meant to say national. I was more than a little exhausted from job interviews all day yesterday, I worked on poll proposals all afternoon, and I did nomination tracking for hours yesterday and today. Proof reading sometimes fails.
