When ever I send a leader to a city and hit the build army button the game crashes to the desktop. Any help?

Any other info? Can you tell us the game version (ie; plain civ, play the world, or conquests), patch version, computer specs perhaps?

You could try doing it again...may be a spur of the moment type thing, or has this happened before?

regular civ im the romans, i have the last patch (1.29 i believe), i have a ATI 9600 SE 128 mb, 384 mb ram, Windows XP

Have you any modded files? One guess would be that the army.ini file is missing, or that the pediaicons.txt file is missing the army.

Have a look in your cvi3\art\units\ folder and make sure you have 4 folders for armies (ARMY ANCIENT TIMES; ARMY MODERN TIMES etc).

havent modded any files but checked anyway and all army art files are there

Can you post a save file?

iv located my most recent save file and i kno how 2 upload and attach it but i hit the upload button and it says please wait for 10 min so i gave up

Well, it works fine for me.

If it crashes when you try to load it, I'd say that you should try a reinstall and then patch to 1.22f :)
