Proposed Constitutional Article K:


Article K. All irreversible game actions must progress during a
public turnchat, while reversible game actions(ie build
queues) that adhere to legal instruction can be prepared
offline.


This poll has no replacement article as there is no existing law being replaced.

This poll will be open from 96 hours from the time appearing in this post and is considered RATIFIED/DEFEATED after this time.

At some point there will need to be an amendment as to when the turnchat can be stopped.

Just reminded something: renegotiatings of peace are allowed. This article excludes that (If I understand it correctly). Nevertheless: I still feel renegotiating should be done blindly, without any knowledge beforehand what it will cost or gain us.
