I play a very fun, massively multiplayer game called "Graal."

It's awesome. It's a fully customizeable game, with many different servers.

There are medieval servers (with roleplaying kingdoms, castles, bows, etc.) modern servers (guns, cars, gangs, etc.) futuristic servers (spaceships and planets) and classic servers (playerkilling, guilds, community based)

It's very fun. It costs about $20 a year to play, but it's definantly worth it. I've been playing it for 3 years, and I've never been bored or disappointed. There are so many servers, there's always something to do.

There are thousands of players playing at one time. It's awesome.

I once played a Zelda clone named graal. it was fun and it looked just like classic. it was a one player game but was pretty fun.
I would never pay to play unless it was the greatest game ever and that those not look like it is.

The Zelda clone you played was Graal, except it was an early java version,

I have to argue that it is the best game ever.

The very first screenshot looks horrible but the others, especially the Kingdoms ones, look good.

You can play free, you just can't keep your items.

As, andvruss said, you can play for free, but it's only a trial account and your items and everything else you've done isn't saved.

It's a fun game.

Thunderfall- You should start playing again, theres alot more to do now than pking.

Oh Graal.. Waay back to year 2001 hehe. But at that time, when it was still free, the game was damn lagging. I remembered I played with some old CFC members like Shadowdale or cornmaster. The lag was awful.
Beside I heard about a Zelda like mmorpg, that is free. Mirage is its name, or something like that. I think you can have a almost exhaustive list at http://www.onrpg.com/
It's listing nice mmorpg, all free, of course, such as Mu or Adellion.
