I was enjoying a civ 3 game when I got to railroad I found that I couldn't create any (with all the correct ingredients).
So I upgraded to 1.29 and then tried again, however now I can build railroards but the game crashes to desktop when I try and do something with a particular worker (skip/railroard/fortify).
The save can be found here (http://forums.civfanatics.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=63050&stc=1), I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me a solution to this problem as I was enjoying this game.
To replicate the problem just try railroading with each worker that is ready, an action with the same worker will crash it each time :(
