i got a new computer a couple of months ago and decided to network it with my old computer so i could play multiplayer civ with my brothers. i was able to set up a network but when i tried to install civ i was given this error
Error iKernel.exe: (0xa00)
does anyone know what i can do so i can install civ and play multiplayer?

i got an answer for the orginal question.
This might work but if you go into the shared files between the network and put a copy of civ in that file it might work i did it with my CS game
but that game doesnt need a cd to run so u might be screwed :(

can civ be installed so it doesnt need a cd to run? if so then i can reinstall it on my old computer then copy it into the shared files.

Nope...need the cd for copy protection. And you know our policy on NoCD cracks...(Just getting that out of the way. :D)
