The Legislative Branch will be formed of one House of the People and an Advisory Council.

1.The House of the People will be formed of the entirety of the citizenry and is
responsible for the drafting of new Laws and admendments to the Constitution.
a.The House will present all proposed Articles and Amendments and Laws
to the Judicial Branch for review.
2.The Advisory Council will be formed of the Provincial Governors. They will advise
the citizens of the state of their individual provinces, any concerns there may be
for said provinces, and enumerate any goals they envision for their provinces.
a.Each Governor shall determine any policies and procedures needed
to carry out their duties.
b.Governors are responsible for the care, management, use of the cities,

As Term 1 Chief Justice, I'm afraid I'm going to have to call for a close to this poll. There was no Proposed poll posted at the end of the discussion thread for 24 hours prior to the creation of this ratification poll. Even if participation dies down in a discussion thread, that can be seen as people being acceptable to the general wording of the "proposed amendment" and are waiting for the "Proposed Poll" to be posted. This poll does not follow proper procedure.

Also in 1.a, where the House presents the proposed Articles, Amendments, and Laws to the Judiciary, it was implied that the Judiciary would post the ratification poll. wasn't sure this wording was needed, but now I see it is.

Ditto my post in the Article O thread.

The "Proposed Poll" should be posted at the bottom of the discussion thread. Once the "Proposed Poll" has been posted at the bottom of the discussion thread, the 24 hour clock starts. After the "Proposed Poll" has been posted at the bottom of the discussion thread, new comments and discussion should be addressed by the originator of the discussion thread (and/or others), and if changes are made to the document, the 24 hour clock starts again. It's a fairly simple process that allows the citizenry the opportunity to review and/or attempt a change to the document. :)
