Why does the multiplayer option allways ending up saying:

"Can't join the lobby"

I once heard about a file that fixes it or summot, so i was wondering if someone who has this *.DAT file, could ZIP it an post it in this post.

Try finding some actuall CTP 2 sites will probably be your best bet because not many people have CTP2 here and even less actually still play it.

Some1 here must a *.DAT file for multiplayer, i no there are quite a lot of these type of files out there, could sum1 please just post one or a link to one?

i'd just be happy to be able to play online

This is stupid...People ask questions but since there are about 5 people here who actually have CTP and visit these forums, very few questions get answered.

I had the same problem, and was veryyyyy mad that I couldnt play online. connect to the internet, assuming that you have a dial up (just like me) and instead of clicking on the Internet/Dial up connection button, go the the last one out of the 3, and click on it. It will take you right on it...........

when i load it up i only get 1 choice:

The very first screen that comes up once you choose the multiplayer option. It gives you 3 different options on how you would like to enter the servers, which take you to the lobbys. You have the dial up/internet, the Linnux or whatever, and the very last one. They are listed one on top of the other, like so

Well, choose the very last option. The third one down. It is on the very first screen that comes up.........lalalalalalala
