I really want to bribe soldiers...if not bribe, give me a chance to get mercenaries (special corps.)...So if like in many African Countries...If there is a war...ANd the country has no military..they could be able to hire a soldier...

Not only bribe barbarians, but also encourage internal conflicts (like the soviets did throughout the World)... it could be a special unit called freedom fighter, that acts like the privateer (no nationality), yet it is "financed and armed" by enemy nations...

i want a way to "sell" and "hire" soldiers....

tanks ships.. or contract to build them ships...
