I'm aware of the discussion going on about the CoC and whether to break tradition and take the VP out of the CoC. As I stated in my campaign thread, my position is to take previous games as precedent until it is shown definitively the people want a change.
Accordingly, if I'm unable to attend, and no CoC has been passed into law before this TC, the acting CoC is as follows:
Vice President
Domestic Leader
Military Leader
FA Leader
Trade Leader
Culture Leader
Science Leader
This is not a discussion thread. The only posts allowed here are instructions by government members or their legally designated representatives only!

Zarn Aug 04, 2004, 01:21 PM Note: Subject to change before turn chat and none of these orders are official but only suggestive
Fanatikku- Settler (change to), Warrior
The laborer on the unmined wheat tile can be moved to the forest for increased production.
Note: I feel weird giving sugggestions rather than orders.

Falcon02 Aug 06, 2004, 10:57 AM I'm posting these instructions because Sarevok will be unable to.
These Instructions may be changed before the deadline.
http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads8/Scout_Proposal.jpg
Follow the green path with the next built warrior, continue the red path with the warrior to the south. The Designated player may deviate from the path should we uncover something of interest which must be investigated further (ie. luxary or strategic resource).
Once these two warriors are built, remaining warriors will be used for city garrison.
If ANY Barbarians are spotted before the second warrior is produced, postpone the exploration of the northern area and use that warrrior to garrison/escort instead.

Turnchat summary:
We started out with the governor instructions on the verge of being eliminated from consideration by the judicial review. There are no domestic instructions on the area normally covered by the governor. DP decision is to go ahead with switching to settler. On recommendation from the chat attendees (and common sense :p) MM'd to give settler in 6.
Exploration to the S and SW shows that the mountain range is almost certainly coastal, and keeps going for a ways. There are horses on a hill to the SW, and the total gem count is now up to 5.
Capitol growth to 3 results in unhappieness. Need to consider a temple or 10% lux to avoid impact to growth. Used a scientist.
The chat stopped on production of the settler. We need a good decisive settlement lcoation choice for the next TC!
