Alright I have called atari 4 times now and 4 different guys have told me to do 4 different things to get Conquests to work.

The intor movie just DOES NOT load and therefore I cannot get into the game.

Under Civ3/conquests/art/movies there should be a conquests, a race and an intro movie i believe.

Well, my folder did not have intro.bik and I was wondering if any of oyu could upload it from your game.

Much appreciated.
thanks

Sorry, no. That would be piracy.

A workaround is to either add the playintro=0 line to your conquests.ini file (which I believe you have tried), or simply take a copy of your civ3 intro movie, copy it to the directory and rename it.

But if its not installing, then that is strange.... :hmm:

Thats not piracy at all
I have tried that already and I have tried moving the intro movie to the conquests file

Its not piracy dude, I bought the game and I have the reciet.

I just need somebody to upload 1 movie file.
I payed 30 dollars for this game, the least you can do is upload a movie file so i can play it

It is piracy, whether you've got the receipt or not.

Did you try renaming the intro movie to hat it should be called? If its still not working, then the problem is probably something more than just not having the intro movie. Why did the movie not install in teh first place?

I do not know whyu it didnt install

and it, in no way, is piracy because i purchased the game.

Me wanted something I payed 30 dollars for and rightly deserve and am being deprived of, then attaining that something, would not be piracy.

Whether or not it is piracy is something that can be endlessly debated. However, CFC has a strict "No Piracy" policy, and as such the request for sharing files is not allowed. Regardless if the game was purchased legitimately or not.
