I am looking for some guidance on how to modify the Tech tree to be completely custom - new techs, arrow pointing, new tech bubble & arrow graphics and background canvas. I have read the old tutorial in the guides forum - but I figured things have changed in the last year or so.

Where can I find the images for the arrows & bubbles? Background? Tech Icon placement? etc...

I haven't modified anything else than the arrows on the tech tree, but when I am going to modify something, I looks on the original graphic in the Conquests or Civilization III folders. And you can use the cut and paste method to modifiy the arrows
