Problem: Exceptionally slow mouse cursor movement within the Civ window and loose of the "special function" mouse buttons (scroll wheel, double click in a single button press, etc)

Running XP Pro
Logitech mouse w/ latest Mouseware software set


Please any help or requests for more information will be appreciated. As-is I consider the game unplayable and will be returning it without a fix.

Does it feel like the pointer is running at a very low framerate?

If so, I have the same problem and I think it's because of the map size. What size map and how many other civs are in the game you're currently playing? (Mine is 256x256 with 7 other civs not yet destroyed)

My double-click and scroll wheel still work though.

[EDIT] What are your computer specs? (CPU, RAM)
