Its a long-shot, but try downloading Gramphos' Civ3 Multi-tool from this thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=54689).

You might be able to extract the 'bic' out of the file, which will let you reload your game as a scenario.

It <might> work, although unfortunately, I doubt it. :(
