In my signature, you can see the link I have for it. I figured that there might be some Celestia users on this forum so i'll give it a shot. I'll start.

1. You are sick of seeing Io everytime the game starts up

2. You look directly at the sun, but can't find a single tint of yellow.

3. You think that the only asteroids in our solar system are the ones displayed in Celestia, and that all others are fakes.

4. You stay up until 4 am flying Celestia.

5. You have every mod for it, including the Star Wars ones.

6. You feel there are not enough stars.

7. You begin seeing the rest of the computer programs in 3D.

8. You believe people can really travel through space this fast.

11: You convert the world maps in celestia with MapUtility for use with civ2 and RailRoad Tycoon. (Guilty as charged)

12: You do the same as above, but in reverse: place a civ2 map on a celestia planet.

13: Your 256 gigabyte hard drive is filled with celestia addons...

14:...and you have over 100 of these hard drives.

15: You dream of Celestia in your sleep

16: You use celestia as a night light, to keep the "scary night" away--and you're still an adult

17: You think Celestia should be a world wonder in all future Civilization games.

18: You wish Celestia had multiplayer

19: You anxiously await each new version of celestia.

20: You use the program to propose to your fiance.

21: You know every cheat for Celestia--even though there are none! Bwa-hahahahaha

22: You brag about your creations in the "1000 ways you know you have played civ2 too much..." thread.

23: You are the founding father of this thread.

24: You scedule your days like this: 20 hours of celestia, and 4 hours of rest.

25: You feel that you have to add another reason for this thread

26: Your dates consist of flying to your fantasy worlds in Celestia.

27: Celestia is your date

28: (In addition to 10) Especially for the Star Wars one.

I assume this game needs a joystick?

Joysticks are optional in celestia--you don't actually need a joystick.

29: You feel you should be able to rotate the camara angle in Microsoft Word.

30: You use it as a form of stress relief.

31: You are looking at a painting that appears upside down in an art museum, and have this sudden urge to rotate the camera angle.

32: You have shortcuts to it everywhere on your computer

33: You have made many fictional changes to our solar system :)

PlutonianEmpire

It is a 3d space simulator. No fighting. Just exploring, sightseeing, creating fictional worlds, etc.

PlutonianEmpire

That is the purpose of Celestia: looking at stuff. You can even add your own fictional stars and planets to celestia.

35: You think that celestia is the only universe there is.

36: You visit every single star in Celestia.

37: You have seen all there is to see, and think that there is still more to see in celestia.

If you scroll down a bit in the main page, you'll see that there is a helpful introduction to creating addons in celestia.
