I'm pretty sick of the blase Catherine 'head, and don't really have the time to do it myself, so if someone would make a nice, high-quality, all-era and complete 'head of Peter the Great, I'd be much obliged.

And, please, please throw some attractive cupola domes in the mix, like in the Lenin leaderhead. (I'd use him, but I'd enjoy Peter more.)

Thanks!

Your the guy who made the Inuit and Cowboy leaderheads right? Haven't seen you on here in awile. Peter the Great would be a better choice than Catherine to lead Russia. He had a city named after himself built for crying out loud(which was later renamed by Stalin.)

Well, any autocrat can have a city built in his honor... doesn't make him a more appropriate leader however...

autocrat? What a disrepectful term for a fellow monarch. Just because you didn't have a city named after you...that does not mean that you...oh nevermind.. :crazyeye:

I remember that Peter the Great was one of the best Czar's Russia ever had though...he did build up Russia into a world power, where before it was pretty much the boonies.

Peter the Great should've been the leader assigned to Russia, but Firaxis had to put Catherine in. Although Catherine was a great leader, Peter the Great turned Russia into a militarly organized and powerful empire. He built the Russian navy, began diplomatic relations throughout the world, brought European-standard education to Russia, worked on Russia's technology and science. He also expanded Russia's empire far into the east and south. Russia's golden age was during his reign.

Somebody needs to make Peter the Great. RX8FT, Civ Army?

Pyotr Alexeyevich Romanov (Пётр Алексе́евич Рома́нов.), also called Peter the Great (Пётр Вели́кий, Pyotr Velikiy) (June 9 [May 30, O.S.], 1672 - February 8, [January 28, O.S.], 1725) was a tsar of Russia (from 1682) and the first Emperor of the Russian Empire (1721-1725). He carried out a policy of Westernization and expansion that transformed Russia into a major European power.

Yep, that's me. I mostly just lurk. ;) I hate playing with color tables and don't have the time to do a project (very well, that is) unless I'm really inspired. Which I haven't been in a while. AND my projects never make it to any of the cataloging sites, which shall remain nameless. :(

So, if someone would do a good job with Peter, that'd be great. May I also suggest a background with Russian iconography?
