I need units for my next mod. The mod will cover the Illiad through the Odyssey and the Aeneid. The home thread for the new mod is here. (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?p=2116984)

The units I need are: UNITS IN RED ARE COMPLETED

*Agammemnon King Unit (if possible would like a Munit with Menelaus to be in it too)
*Achilles King Unit (Kinboat)
*Priam King Unit (king of Troy)
*winged harpies
*Rain of fire
*Earthquake (neomega)
*Collosi
*Shades. a ragged/cloaked figure
*Whirlpools (color conversion by me of aaglo's chaos spell)
*Cyclops
*Curse of Circe (aaglo's nature spell)
*Sheep unit (AoK conversion by ???, found in embryodead's warhammer mod)
*Amazons
*Kraken (squid by Kinboat)
*Large (240 x 240) weather effects, rain, storm, fog (to be preplaced)
*Neptune/Poseidon
*Unit with no animation just a static picture of a goody hut (im working on it)
*Units that look exactly like terrain (im working on it)
*Plague animations (aaglo's death spell)
*Hydra (TheMorpheus)
*Centaurs (Yaniv and Kreyten)
*Minotaur (Kinboat)

What do you think I am doing, doodling!! ;) And I think there is a sheep unit somewhere, cuz I am using it in me mod.

It should be under Scenarios\WH2\Art\Units\AoK Sheep\ :)

For the earthquake, why not use the blank.flc? It will work like the ICMB and shake the screen causing 9 sqaures worth of destruction.

There is a poison gas anim, why don't you use that for the plague? :)

For the Plague I was thinking that the100thballoon might want to use the Death spell effect, a shadow-reaper that sweaps past the city and kills the majority of the population. Like all palgues, this was cause destruction, polution and population loss. :devil2:

Where is that .flc, in the ICBM's folder or somewhere else?

I believe I got it from neomegas' pentagenesis mod. It was in the starburst folder (me thinks) :confused:

the ICBM shakes the screen too though.........sure its not already in the game? i need to look.........

Yes, all ICMB-type units will shake the screen, but they are also visible, unless you make em 'invisible' via the editor. Blank.flc is a transparent flc, so its invisible even when you are the parent civ.

would the Amazon units from Warhammer 2.0 work?

i am doing a color conversion of a unit right now that will become the whirlpool.

would some of the troll-line units from MoM work for cyclops?

i have an animation that will work for plague.

i can make static "Terrain units" and static "goody hut units". should be easy stuff.

i may remove "Curse of Circe" as it would/will be hard to implement in Civ3.

@EVERYONE!

that still leaves the other listed units........... :mischief: hint hint :mischief:

would some of the troll-line units from MoM work for cyclops? Hmmm. They are a little too, what would the right word be? RED, yes RED!!! But sure we can use it as a placeholder for the time being. I may start on the Cyclops as well, but right now I make no promises

i cannot animate and my creation ability is severly limited due to a confusion with animation programs. you could try though? u make units before?

Funny you should say that cuz I was going to try my hand at animating the Troy 'city/artillery' units. :lol:
