This BMPtoBIC converted map just needs terrain and rivers, and resources. If somebody could take the time to do this, they shall be mentioned in the credits of a certain project I am about to undertake, after ROTM.:mischief:

Here is the first screenie of what will be a few. Just the minimap, as there is not really much else to see... Progress was slow at first, but now the map is just rolling along. Well, on to editing coastlines (they're really choppy) and diversifying terrain...

:blush: I got some bad news - For some reason, I opened the editor to work on the map, and upon opening the file, to my shock and horror, I found the map was completely blank and full of ocean! I don't know what went on there, but now I'm practically back to square 1! :cry:

However, if you could somehow use that bmp to bic thingy to convert the minimap I posted above (if that's possible), it would save at least some of the work I had done.

Argh, I was hoping to have this map done by tomorrow too. It's long overdue anyway. Sorry about all this - trouble and waiting.

I still want to do this map though, even if it means starting all over. I'll just have to put aside other things and try and get it done extra fast. I hope that's ok.

True ? Well, I supposed it's beacause copours are not the same in minimap and bmptobic_palette. I turned white minimap mountains to reddish palette mountains. But I forgot to do it for hills
