When will the discussion of the next COTM begin?

Tonight. I was going to post the map last night, but got caught-up watching ZN get first and second in the olympic triathlon! :D

Yes, we want the starting location and everything of COTM4!

I am looking forward to this one since I did not have time to complete the previous COTM due to a warped C3C CD. So I got me another C3C add-on package. Good thing they sell them here in Istanbul, saved me oredering from Amazon.

Celebrations are over now ainwood, time to get serious.

I guess that's my cue to finish out COTM3. I haven't been able to bear to load the thing up for a week -- ever since the Ottomans, who have early Modern Age technology, declared war on poor little me and my mid-Industrial Age technology. Ugh.
