:mad: How come when I attack a city with a stack the other player is able to move units into the city to reinforce it but when someone's stack is attacking my city I can't get my units to move into it?
I can move units other places during the attack, but just not into the city no matter if I use the keyboard, the mouse, some swearing ....
This has cost me a number of lost games and I need to figure it out.
Any and all help is appreciated folks.

Probably, the other person (I am assuming you are referring to a human player) had either used the ctrl-G command or had ordered the units to the city before the fight commenced.

You have to use go to command to get units into city during battle.

Just wanted to let you know I saw your replies and am most grateful for your help. Don't know why I never noticed that mouse button before .....
