Greetings All -

Follow the link below and you will find a save game editor by an innovative fellow by the name of JimmyH.......

In this you can now change the year date of your save games, and thus I believe avoid mandatory retirement. Read the entirety of the posts, and insure that you grab the editor v.1.01 as this is what is working wonderfully.

It also has some other nifty features for us realist fanatics.....
