How do i change it so the civiliaztions dont change goverments during the scenerio??? The only way i can see how is to delete anarchy but if my peps overthrow me i dont see how this can work also i dont know if the AI even goes through anarchy to change. Please help me.

Just delete all the other governments and nobody will even bother going into Anarchy because there will be no other government to switch to.
